We have two guests for Episode #75. Arian Lewis is the founder and CEO of Kiln, a co-working space launched in Utah in 2018. Allison Kloek is the Director of Kiln’s newest location, coming to 21st and Pearl Street in Boulder and scheduled to open this fall.

We talk about why they chose Boulder, the future of the workspace and the challenges and opportunities that the coronavirus presents to the co-working sector, and Kiln’s vision for actively integrating a sense of community into the workplace.

Our guest for Episode 57 is Bill Baldwin, Managing Principal of Cresa, the world’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm exclusively representing occupiers.

Bill and I discuss all things co-working, including:

  • a look at the WeWork “situation”
  • the costs, benefits and risks of the co-working model
  • where the co-working industry is headed
  • how your co-working space defaulting on its obligations could put your company out of business

All of that and more, as the Boulder Tech Podcast speaks with Cresa’s Bill Baldwin.
